Why Esther Follows!!!! A MUST READ!!! WOW!

PARENTS.. DON'T LOOK AT YOUR CHILDREN LIKE FOOLS.. YOU CAN ALL LEARN FROM ESTHER.
The word says, "Out of the mouth of babies... "

Why do I follow?

Many people say that He doesn't exist. Many people say that he is a figment of our imagination, and that He is a myth created by an individual who had nothing better to do with his life then to make false statements; eventually leading to a huge spectacle. His name is known to all mankind, and His actions speak volumes that capture, motivate and inspire people. He's the definition of beauty both inside and out. His name is God, and I say, "He does exist"; there are many reasons why I follow him.

I follow him because He is selfless. Despite the fact that we were covered in sin, that we still commit sin and continuously rebell against Him He still finds it in Him to tend to our every need, whenever we ask for it. He has committed to be there for us, to help us, and to be that shoulder to cry on whenever our struggles become so complex that we don't even know how to handle it. He even sent His only son on earth, using him as the ultimate sacrifice to rebirth us again and remove us of all sin.

I follow Him because he is our creator. He shaped and made us; He is the reason that we exist on earth and the reason why we breathe. Without him, we wouldn't be here. We wouldn't be able to encounter loved ones; the family that we have today. We wouldn't be able to shop, as we love to do so much in this generation. We wouldn't be able to watch TV or go on Facebook, or use cell phones, or to travel… nothing. We would be nothing without him. I follow him because thanks to him I am something. I'm a person with emotions and feelings, and a heart with the motivation to make a difference in the world. I aim to speak for those that don't recognize how beautiful and inspiring He is.

I follow Him because he protects, guides and leads me through the struggles and turning points of life. I'm not going to lie, living life is hard, especially when you're a teenager which I am. Your forced to deal with the pressure of being like everyone else. Nowadays, you have to dress a certain way and do certain things to get a boy to look at you, nowadays you're constantly exposed to things like sex, teen pregnancies, drugs and vulgarity. Gone are the days where men used to be gentlemen and focus on a girl's personality instead of focusing on her body. Gone are the days where there was some level of respect.  Now all we ever do is disrespect ourselves, and each other; swearing at others, acting out, using violence to solve a situation, instead of trying to reason with each other to find a common ground. I sin, I make mistakes, I find myself in tough situations, and I even turn my back on Him sometimes, but despite all that He still keeps me alive on this earth; God still holds hope for me. He still listens when I'm ready to talk, still holds my hand through it all.

I follow Him because He is worthy of being followed. He's my friend when I don't have any. he's my strength when I am weak. He is my cure when I am sick. He has the answers to all my questions. He's the air that I breathe. He's responsible for all the good in my life and all the good waiting for me in the future and he is the reason that my head stays high when troubles come my way. He is my success, my accomplishment. He deserves to be adored, praised, acknowledged for the good that he does in not just my life, but for the lives of people I love and care about, everyone!

I follow Him because of his heart. He's so loving, and gentle, and kind, and that it's overwhelming to even talk about. Despite the angry words we say about Him, or the countless times that we sin or cause harm to others He loves us. We don’t only cause harm to ourselves, but we do so to others, but He still finds it in him to forgive us; He still finds it in him to love us. There is no other person in the world that can love us as much as he does. He sees us all as equals, and loves us all equally whether we are criminals, pastors, prostitutes or druggies. We are all the same in his eyes. He would never abandon us.

Following Him is a choice that I never regret making. Yes, sometimes I wish I could go out partying every night, and acting out like teenagers do on a Friday night. Yes, sometimes I wish I could just give in to my temptations, but what good will that do? Where will it get me? I’d end up suffering in hell, paying for all the sins that I have committed; rendering me powerless in the hands of a Devil that has no sympathy for me. The devil doesn't care for me, and he gains pleasure from my suffering? I don't want that.

I follow Him because I know that there is a place waiting for me; beautiful, heavenly perfection in all ways, as is the creator and ruler of that place. Following Him leads to bliss, an eternal life of happiness, and perfection. For that I will continue to follow Him; I will follow Him for the rest of my life. For I will continue to grow in him, love him, and adore him. I will succeed, I will get to heaven, and not anything or anyone can stop me.

For I have the most untouchable, magnificent person on my side, and because of that I am untouchable.  Follow him, accept him. Recognize him for what he is, for what he has done for you; for the things he will do for you if you turn to Him.

You won't regret it.

Don’t Be Fooled… Sin is Real, but the Love of God is Way More Powerful!!!

Lets get right into it today… no warm- up or introduction or anything like that, cause this topic is no joke!

The truth about life is that it aint perfect. We all struggle with different things, and our lives vary from day to day. When Jesus’ disciples asked him to teach them how to pray he didn’t say “..give us tomorrow, or next week our daily bread..” He told them to say, “Give us THIS day our daily bread..” because He knew that life changed everyday and that our current position or situation was more important than tomorrow’s situation, seeing that tomorrow is NOT  guaranteed. Life is a battle at times and we’re not always going to be on our “A” game. There are times that we will fail when we expect to be successful, yet in some situations we find favor amid uncompromising situations, and find ourselves in the lap of success unexpectedly.  Life is interesting like that.  A great example of the aforementioned is of hall of fame basketball legend Michael Jordan’s “Flu Game” on Wednesday June 11th 1997.

On June 11th, 1997 in game 5 of the NBA Finals superstar Michael Jordan was sick with the flu. If any of yall have ever had the flu you will know that when you have the flu the last thing that you feel like doing is playing basketball LOL!!! Michael, despite his illness dropped 38 points for the Chicago Bulls, and propelled his team to a last second victory on a 3-point shot in the final seconds (shot by him of course). After the game he repeatedly uttered, “I wanted it real bad.. I just wanted it real bad!” Watching this clip sends chills up my spine, because I was also an athlete for the majority of my life and never did anything like this. There were days where I performed on a bad limb, or balled- out after puking my guts out in the locker room… but this clip of Michael Jordan getting it done is testament to hard work and determination, coupled with divine intervention.

CLICK BELOW TO WATCH THE AMAZING VIDEO

Dealing with sin is similar to the Michael Jordan situation. Sometimes we need to come to a point where we want to kill sin in our lives “REAL BAD (like Mike said)”.  When battling the power of sin we need to get serious, and know that struggling with it will not be painless, but that our perseverance will move God to act on our behalves.

In James 1:12, James the author of this book outlines the reward for perseverance when he says,

12 Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

The problem with people is that we haven’t realized that sin is not basketball. Sin is not basketball! SIN IS NOT BASKETBALL!!!!! IT AINT A GAME!  Our carnal efforts are not what free us from sin.. and this misconception is what is keeping people in bondage. We scream, “I’M TRYING SO HARD TO CHANGE.. I’M TRYING, AND STRIVING AND STRETCHING TO CHANGE BUT I’M NOT STRONG ENOUGH”!! Ha… That’s it, you aren’t strong enough… that’s the first step in dealing with stubborn sin. You need to realize that you are not strong enough to defeat sin on your own. You need God. You need the power in the blood of Christ, and you need to realize that without Him you are nothing. Yes NOTHING!!!

Notice in the following passage in the book of James that he says, “..when he has stood the test, he will RECEIVE the crown of life that God has promised those who love Him”. He didn’t say, “ ..he will EARN, or ACHIEVE, or GAIN the crown of life that God has promised ..”, He said that he will RECEIVE the crown..” because God knows that men are merely mortal, and that we can’t ACHIEVE a dang thing without him! Those who try to do it by themselves end up in the grave before their ordained time, or waste their lives “trying”.  The truth is that we are all equally weak. Human beings are weak, and that is why the world is full of insecurity and hate; they are both proponents of weakness.  I can hear you already saying, “Hey.. wait , I’m not weak.. I’m strong.. You don’t know what I went through..” yadda yadda yadda! Look.. the only way that you got through those tough situations is through grace, mercy and God’s love for you. I’m not saying that we don’t work hard to achieve what we have, but my point is that God is the finisher of our hard work. Our faith and hard work moves God to complete situations for us. You are not better, or made stronger than a next man or woman..

What separates a homeless man from Donald Trump? Nothing! Why??? Because if I punch Donald trump in his face he’ll bleed, and so will the homeless man. If Donald trump doesn’t eat he’ll be hungry just like the homeless man. If you give Donald
Trump’s guap (cash, money) to the homeless man, and he learns how to make it work for him just like Donald Trump did he will become a success like Trump. The only thing that really differentiates us from each other is wisdom. The wisdom to make good decisions; decisions that lead to the fulfillment of God’s plan for our lives. Two strong men are useful.. but if one man is strong and wise, he will accomplish more than the other strong man. Although hard work is important it is not always about working hard... working wisely will allow us to accomplish volumes in life.

What I’m really getting at is that we need to be wise and turn our burdens over to God, and let him direct us in the assassination of sin in our lives. I know that you may carry secret sin in your life, and I know that it is heavy, but Christ said in Matthew to come to Him because his yoke is light, meaning that he will carry your load (your sin, burden), freeing you to live a more simple and pleasurable life in Him.

The love of God is so pure, and despite what those who accuse you and beat you over the head with sin say… THE LOVE OF GOD IS CONTINUALLY EXISTING IN VICTORY OVER YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM, TRIAL OR TRIBULATION!!  You’re a child of God… let Pops take care of the sin that troubles you.

YOU ARE ROYALTY, and if you have given your life to Christ, you are a son or daughter of God through Christ. Look at what his word says concerning this fact,

 Galatians 4:4-7
4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

6 And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, “Abba, Father!”

7 Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of[b] God through Christ.

I’M WRITING TODAY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD.. A SON OR DAUGHTER OF THE MOST HIGH. THAT IS MORE POWERFUL THAN STINKIN SIN! SIN IS DEFEATED THROUGH CHRIST! STEP UP AND SURRENDER TO GOD. LET HIM HANDLE IT.

BUT LIKE MIKE SAID, YOU GOTTA WANT IT BADD!

Be Blessed yall!

A Letter to God By: Famatta Sherman

This is an intimate, innocent and inspirational letter to God from Vessels of honour Youth group member Famatta Sherman. She is a young writer with a creative gifting and a creator's eye. Enjoy as she allows us to gaze into one her deep expressions to

her father,
her maker...
God.
My Letter to God
Firstly, I want to give God all the praise and worship for all he has done in my life. He is indeed the most high and the creator of all things. God created everything beautiful with his word, and in his own image. If God created all things to be beautiful, then I AM beautiful because God created me. Psalm 139:13-14 says “For you created me in my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” TNIV.  God knew how I would look like even before my parents knew. God knew exactly how he wanted me to look like, what personality I would have, and the people who would be in my life. As well as in Jeremiah 1:4-5 he says: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” TNIV. So, it doesn’t matter what the color of my skin is, or the clothes I wear, what really matters is God’s love for me, and ALL the blessings he did and WILL do for me.  So, to show God my appreciation I decided to write him a letter. I hope you enjoy it folks! God bless.
Dear God,
Forgive me Lord for all those times that I doubted your beauty, and for all those times that I criticized your hard work. Help me to see the true beauty that lies within me, which is you. A beauty so gentle, and kind, and who seeks after my heart. A beauty so humble and pure I even struggle to find the words to explain my blur. All I need is my Almighty Father because there is no one greater than you. You rule the heavens and the earth, watching me from your heavenly throne. Lord I don’t know why you always watch over me, but you do. You keep me away from the wrath of my enemies, and draw me nearer to you. But what do I do in return; I turn away from you, not continuing to fulfill your will. Today Oh Lord I run back to your open arms, to feel like your love was never gone. You complete me Lord. You make me feel new again. You allow me to feel bold, like a lion, and encourage me to do things that I never thought I could do by myself. It is you my Lord Jesus Christ, who gives me the desire to fight for life because life with you is worth living. Even when I didn’t know you, I know you were always there; every moment, every year, every smile, and every tear. You knew when I needed you, and you didn’t hesitate to help. You reached your strong, yet supporting hand when no one cared to understand how I really felt. Only you know what I dealt with, the pain and sorrow, not wanting to see another tomorrow. Oh Lord only you know. Only you know the shame and the games that people played with my heart, but then you came and fixed my broken parts like a mechanic. You showed me the way when I was left stranded, and abandoned by this world. You took me by the hand and said: “You will bear fruit from this land.” Boy did you discipline me! I didn’t like it, but I learned SO much. You were not trying to punish me, but better yet preparing me for what was to come. Yes, I know some of my mistakes might have been dumb, but I believe and know that I WILL overcome! I will be a winner. Naww scratch that... I AM a winner because I have you, the mighty and powerful God on my side. So, go ahead Lord and test me for I am ready to learn from you. Correct my ways oh Lord so that I may be like you for your ways are perfect. Father may I ask you for one more thing? When all else fails, can you still be the one I run to?
Thanks,
Love, Famatta Sherman
“Trust in the Lord with your whole heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3: 5-6

FORMER NCAA, NFL, AND AFL FOOTBALL PLAYER ROBBIE POWELL SHEDDING SOME LIGHT ON DARKNESS " GIMME THE LIGHT!!"

LIGHT AND DARKNESS...ARE THEY THE SAME OR
DO WE JUST ACT LIKE THEY ARE?

This article is written by AFL (arena football League) conference champion, former Purdue Boilermaker, Former New Orleans Saint and Cleaveland Browns Centre Robbie Powell. This insightful word from God (My total and complete belief) is a soul shaking one. This message is so creatively articulated and intelligently juxtaposed that I consider this article to be a MUST READ!!!!! This article is profound and full of God's love and deep revelation. Read it! ALL of it,  and let this utterance from the Holy Spirit rock your world.  ENJOY....

LIGHT AND DARKNESS???   CAVES?  FRUIT?  HUH?
What “Light” Are We Even Talking About?  Whose LIGHT Are We Walking In?
I remember a time when I was in my early teen years and I was in Boy Scouts.  We took a trip to caverns which were located inside the earth.  We were given the opportunity to explore the wonders of the caverns and see all different kinds of rock formations within the earth. There is a total absence of light within caves, so the only way for the rock formations to be seen is by lights.  The caverns were beautiful, but you only could see the BEAUTY of the rocks when LIGHTS were shined upon them.  I remember a time in the cavern where they turned off all the lights so everyone could experience what complete darkness was like.  You couldn’t even see your hand in front of your face!  I’m glad they turned on the lights because without them I would be stuck in a cave!  With this being said, I just want to you to imagine what it would be like functioning everyday in complete darkness…...  I know I would be terrified and completely lost if I could see nothing but darkness, and to add you couldn’t function!

Let’s look at some facts of LIGHT…Light is a form of energy that we can see (sun, electricity, etc).  LIGHT ALLOWS US TO SEE.   Without it we would be BLINDED in the darkness.  ALL living things depend on light.  All light comes from a SOURCE.   Nothing travels faster than light!  The Earth’s primary source of light is from the Sun.  The Sun is the CENTER of our solar system.  The Earth is always covered HALF in light and HALF in darkness.
All throughout the Bible Light and Darkness are compared and contrasted.  We are going to look at both of them, because in order to understand one we must look at the other.
Throughout the Bible, LIGHT is talked about and seen on many different terms.  Many people have different views on how light is described.  This is just my point of view and I urge you to formulate your own views through discernment and by asking God. If we start in the beginning of the Bible and examine the begining of time, we see God separating Light from Darkness (Gen 1:4).   In James 1:17, God is referred to as the “Father of Lights”.   Jesus says in John 8:12, “I am the Light of the World”.  Why would Jesus say he is the LIGHT of the world?  I thought the SUN was the light of the world?  What is Jesus trying to say?

Let’s check out the SUN!! We already said: The Earth’s primary source of LIGHT is from the Sun.  The Sun is the CENTER of our solar system.  The Earth is always covered HALF in light and HALF in darkness.  Without the sun we would have no life on earth.  The sun gives life to plants, which in turn animals eat, which in turn we eat animals, and so on and so on…so basically WITHOUT THE SUN there would be NOTHING on this earth.   Even if you didn’t know it, the Sun gives us Light even in the Darkness!  How?…the MOON!  Light is still shined on us through the REFLECTION of the sun on the moon in the darkness!  SO it’s still shining when we are surrounded by Darkness!
With this info, let’s compare Jesus “the Light of the World” with the Sun “the Light of the World”.   If Jesus is the light of the world, then HE is the Earth’s primary source!  HE is the CENTER of our solar system!  Without Him we would have no life on earth!  Without Him there would be nothing on this earth!  Here is something is SO amazing….When we are surrounded by Darkness…HE IS STILL SHINING!!!

OK WOW!!! This man Jesus is SHINING His Light on Us!  WOW I must be something pretty important to Jesus!  Well, now what?  Let me explain….JESUS WANTS US TO WALK IN THE LIGHT!!!  You may think if Jesus is shining on me I must be walking in the light then right?  Let’s take this to the book!
5  This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6  If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1:5-7 (ESV)

Here God is telling us to Walk in the Light, because HE is the light!  When we walk in the light we are fellowshipping with “the Light of the World”!!! When we Walk in the Light, HIS BLOOD cleanses us from ALL SIN!!!   For with you is the fountain of life; in your light do we see light. Psalms 36:9 (ESV) Here it says only in HIS LIGHT can we see Light.  So, only in His light can we LIVE, and only in His light is the Fountain of LIFE!

Let me give a quick testimony… I used to think I was walking in the light!!! Little did I know I was walking in Darkness!!!  I always knew that Jesus was a man that died for my sins on the cross, but I never fully grasped the importance of that Cross and what exactly that term REPENT/REPENTENCE meant.  I thought it was “Sorry God I’ll do better next time”, and that was it!  The English definition of Repentance- deep sorrow, compunction, or contrition for a past sin, wrongdoing, or the like; regret for any past action.  I think that’s exactly how we look at Repentance in North America.  We regret what we did in the past, and have knowledge of wrongdoing, and possibly some deep sorrow.  That’s NOT FULLY WHAT IT MEANS!!! Well, BIBLICALLY what does this word REPENT mean then?  >>>>> REPENT: Change of mind; also can refer to regret or remorse accompanying a realization that wrong has been done or to any shift or reversal of thought. In its biblical sense repentance refers to a deeply seated and thorough turning from self to God. It occurs when a radical turning to God takes place, an experience in which God is recognized as the most important fact of one’s existence. (Holman Illustrated Bible Dictionary)
(For more info check out this site: http://www.milon.co.il/general/general.php?term=repent )

UNTIL WE REPENT WE ARE NOT WALKING IN LIGHT!!!!! We would then be WALKING IN DARKNESS!!!! SOOOOOOOO….Listen up because the rest of this is important stuff!
God says: “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put Darkness for Light and Light for Darkness!!!” (Isa 5:20)
Yes--- “There are those who Rebel against the Light, who are not acquainted with its ways, and do not stay in its paths.” (Job 24:13)

What it means to be in Darkness and Walking in Darkness!
Darkness- the absence of Light!!!!! Scientifically, it is only possible to have a reduced amount of light. WAIT let me repeat that last one!  Scientifically, it is only possible to have a reduced amount of light.  If you aren’t in the light, then you’re in the darkness!  This goes back to my example from the cave:”Imagine functioning everyday in the Darkness!”  STOP FUNCTIONING EVERYDAY IN THE DARKNESS!!! There is Hope!!!!! Don’t forget the Sun reflects off the Moon in the darkness, and Jesus is still Shining! So as Ephesians 5:14 says, “Awake, Oh Sleeper! and Arise From the Dead!,  and Christ Will Shine on YOU!!!”

In Acts 26:18 we see a comparison of” Darkness to Light” then right after we see the comparison of “the power of Satan to God”.   So, I think it is fair to compare then Darkness to the power of Satan.  I don’t know about you, but if from reading this, I am finding out that I might be in Darkness, I sure as heck would want to get to the Light NOW!!!  I don’t want to be in the power of Satan!  In this verse, Jesus is speaking and telling Paul to “Open their Eyes”.  So, if we are in the Light shouldn’t we be telling people to OPEN YOUR EYES from Darkness to Light?!  “ to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.” –Jesus

In Matthew 25:14-30 we see Jesus speaking of the Parable of the Talents.  He speaks of a master going on a journey and entrusting his property to his servants.  Here one of the servants messed up big time, and couldn’t be trusted by the master!  Jesus speaks in verse 30 of this servant: “And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”  This is an illustration of God is entrusting us to do His work on earth, to sow seeds while we are here. If we don’t do this while we are on earth, we are cast to the outer darkness as a worthless servant!!!  If we are doing His work then we are in His Light!  Yet Jesus still says:  And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. (John 3:19)  People will still love the darkness!!! We see this by darkness or “power of Satan” in work in many people in the world because the Bible says people will LOVE THE DARKNESS!

Guys and Gals I have Love for you all dearly!  I urge you to open your eyes and evaluate whether you are “Walking in the Light” or “Walking in the Darkness”!!!  If you feel you are in the darkness turn to Christ and Repent!  Realize that He took you out of the Darkness by DYING FOR YOUR SINS ON THE CROSS!!!  Jesus Christ bore God’s WRATH on Himself for YOU AND ME!!!  WALK IN THE LIGHT!!! “THE UNFOLDING OF YOUR WORD GIVES LIGHT”(Psalms 119:130).  Get That Light!!!

For you are all children of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness! (1 Thess. 5:5) PRAISE GOD!!! We are no longer in Darkness!!!

Giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.  He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. (Col 1:12-14)

7 Therefore do not become partners with them; 8 for at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light 9 (for the FRUIT OF LIGHT is found in all that is good and right and true), 10 and try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord. 11  Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. 13 But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, 14 for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says,
“Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you!!! (Eph 5:7-14)

BEAR THE FRUIT OF LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!

SATIRE: 5 REASONS NOT TO MARRY A WHITE WOMAN!! READ THIS YALL.. THIS IS GOOD!!

WATCH THE VIDEO THEN READ THE ARTICLE

Who are we??? What am I?? Well.. I'M A BROTHA.. A STRONG BLACK MAN WHO NEEDS TO HAVE A STRONG BLACK WOMAN ON HIS SIDE!! I am a product of black love, and have been blessed with this chocolate brown complexion in this white-dominated society. I definitely need to uphold my black customs and culture, because the man (WHITE PEOPLE) have tried to dilute young black people with aims to erode black culture altogether. THIS IS HOW A LOT OF BLACK PEOPLE SOUND YALL.. A LOT OF WHITE PEOPLE SOUND JUST LIKE THIS TOO!!! ITS SILLY, RACIST, RIDICULOUS AND FULL OF FEAR!

You dun know there are nuff black folk looking at this and nodding their heads (in agreement) as they read this until I begin to break it down and illustrate the point that people who think like this are foolish, and regard color more highly than calling! You're asking.. What the heck does Thomas mean by "Calling"? What I'm saying here is that the spouse that God has intended for us will have all of the attributes that you will need in order to be a complete human being, and sometimes that person is not packaged in the way that you would expect them to be packaged. God has ordained (or called) an optimal mate for each and every one of us, but we allow our shallow behavior to deter us from the gifts that God has for us.

What If I'm like.. "I just love big women, and I'm gonna marry me a 6 foot 200 hundred pound woman who's gonna love me like mad, be my spiritual backbone, raise my kids with a love that is divine and be strong in tough times and I meet big women all of the time that look good but are none of the aforementioned. Am I going to continue to look for that perfect 200 pound woman or am I going to ask God to give me the discernment (divine wisdom) to hear from him as he presents my chosen (called) mate to me. Listen... THE MATE THAT GOD HAS ORDAINED FOR ME MAY BE SOME 115 POUND ASIAN LADY NAMED MINGH LANG!!! Mingh may be perfect yall!! She is a woman who loves me like mad, she is my spiritual backbone, she raises my kids with a love that is divine and is super strong in tough times. But... she's not 6'0'' 200 pounds in Leopard tights??? NO.. She's not, she's simply PERFECT.. PERFECTLY CREATED FOR ME, and when I allow God to change my wicked heart (through prayer) He will allow me to see that I have been neglecting His great gift to me (a wonderful wife) because I am busy being caught up with race/size issues. We need to realize how special the appropriate spouse is in our lives. The bible says, in proverbs 18:22 that,

"He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD."

I am a true believer in this statement. I think that what the Holy Spirit is communicating with us is that if you are able to put all of your hang-ups and limitations (foolish preferences) down, you will be blessed enough to have found a wife that was ordained by God, and in that there is true favor from the Lord.

The beauty of becoming a Christ- follower (or A Christian...Whatever you call it) and being baptized in the cleansing blood of Christ Jesus is that the old you actually dies. You lay to rest all of the old hang-ups, bondage, regrets, guilt, sorrow, sadness that you had undergone. You lay to rest all that old perpetual sin, and that gross lifestyle,  and you are reborn into a new covenant with Christ. The apostle Paul writes in the book of Romans that when you give your life to Christ the old you dies with Christ and the new you is resurrected with Him. This is beautiful, and I a so thankful for my new life, my new outlook and my new relationship with God and myself. What we tend to forget is that the hang-ups that were once present in our old ideologies (racism, gender issues, and many overall hang-ups) die with the old "man" and we now are a part of something so much bigger/better...THE KINGDOM OF GOD.  In the kingdom of God there is no division, only distinction.

The difference between division and distinction is that division separates human beings and causes hatred, but distinction allows us to see our differences in culture, ideology or customs as human beings while maintaining unity, respect and love among all individuals. When you are truly saved race, size, creed etc. become mere distinctions between you and another person. They do not divide or impede you from being one (marriage included) with your fellow brother or sister. Kingdom culture says, "YOU'RE BLACK, I'M WHITE, WE'RE DIFFERENT YET PERFECT TOGETHER...NOW LETS GET MARRIED AND MAKE BABIES LOL!!!"

The apostle Paul says in Ephesians 2:19-22,

{19} Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household,

{20} built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone.

{21} In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord.

{22} And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit."

WHAT PAUL IS SAYING IN THESE 4 VERSES IS THAT WE ARE ALL ONE UNDER THE COVENANT OF THE ADMONITION OF SINS (CHRIST JESUS' CRUCIFIXION) AND THAT WHEN HE IS OUR COMMON DENOMINATOR AND OUR FOUNDATION NOTHING ELSE MATTERS, BECAUSE HIS LOVE QUANTIFIES US, NOT OUR RACE OR LOOKS.

If you're in a situation where you're with someone in a relationship (friendship or romantic friendship) don't let some shallow tool of division like racism or any type of discrimination sway your decision about that person... put it all aside so that you will be able to hear God say, "I have created him or her for you..  now go and love each other and be blissful"

BE BLESSED YALL
YESHUA THE KING!!
