HOT TRACK!!! SOMETIMES WE JUST REALLY NEED TO PLAY THA BACKGROUD!!

 HOT TRACK OF THE DAYYYYY!!
LECRAE FEAT. C- LITE.. "BACKGROUND"

LEcraE... WOW!! This dude is doing it big. One of the reasons why this man is soo successful is that he is honest, transparent and full of God's love. This track is about remaining quiet in God and allowing God to do the talking in our lives. Its really important to remember that we are just vessels...tools.. outlets for God, not the source. We need to remember that when we pray for someone and they're comforted, or when we speak truth into someone's life or situation we are doing so under the anointing which is not ours, but totally God's. God needs to be glorified, not us. We need to "play the background" until God tells us to "play the forefront", and as soon as God tells us to stop "playin the forefront" we need to stop! Let's not get Hyped off of ourselves.. Let's get hype over God!

Enjoy the track!
Be blessed Yall!

  1. Great song!

If I may, this should be the perspective of every believer -- heck non-believers too! We often think that by default we should be the one leading based on some birthright or skill. Don't get me wrong. We should desire to lead in a way that leads to the betterment of society, and seeks to bring God's Kingdom to earth, however, in order to lead we must first be willing to follow. Just look at Saul and David (if you don’t know the story, I encourage you to read 1 Samuel 16 onward). The story of Saul and David presents just one of the countless examples of the importance of learning how to lead. The greatest example though, is found in Jesus Christ who followed the instruction of our Heavenly Father (and served) in order to lead many to salvation: "He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth." - Isaiah 53:7 But God, in turn, made Jesus superior to angels (Hebrews 1:1-4) and Great High Priest forever (Hebrews 4:14; 5:1-7; 7).

Beloved, at the appointed time, when God makes you the head, after you’ve followed and learned some things, He will make you a great leader, for it is true that great leaders lead like Jesus.

    God Bless you!

  2. ^^ I agree Tegan! hehee but seriously we need to stop allowing pride take over us, and let take God take over. we should be in the background listening to God's word. In Proverbs 13: 10 it says : "Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom." We can try to figure things out on our own, but that would only cause conflicts. We need to be advised from God because when we receive counsel from him we become wise. Love you and God bless ♥
